Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer with expertise on the Microsoft technology stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the Common Data Service (CDS). You are excited to design, develop and maintain custom applications and workflows that enhance our business processes and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps.
  • Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
  • Create and manage data models, entities, and relationships in the Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Develop interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in the Power Platform and related technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and user guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies.
  • Experience with data modelling, database design, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other Azure services.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Teams integrations.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
